The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an electrical quantity of a traction substation or a section post at a moment t and acquiring a working state of a power supply arm of each grid power supply unit; under the condition that the working state of the power supply arm is the traction state, executing an electric energy scheduling strategy in the traction state; under the condition that the working state of the power supply arm is the locomotive-free running state, the energy dispatching device is in a no-load standby state, and the pulse of the converter corresponding to the energy dispatching device is blocked; under the condition that the working state of the power supply arm is the regeneration state, a regenerative braking energy scheduling strategy is executed; according to the invention, through real-time electric quantity monitoring of each grid unit, fine management of electric energy is realized.
