When the air inlet is blocked by a foreign matter, if the internal temperature of the protective shell exceeds the standard, a power supply can be automatically switched off, and the charging module equipment is prevented from being damaged; the charging temperature can be monitored in real time, the heat dissipation efficiency can be regulated and controlled in real time according to the monitored temperature data, and it is guaranteed that the charging module can operate at the proper temperature; heat generated in the working process of the charging module is absorbed in a liquid cooling mode, and the stability of the heat dissipation efficiency of the charging module can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩智能温控系统,涉及新能源充电技术领域,包括防护外壳,防护外壳的顶部开设有排气口,防护外壳的底部开设有进气口,其中进气口处设置有防护网,所述防护外壳内固定安装有充电模块,充电模块的表面套设有蒸发罩。本发明当进气口被异物堵住的时候,若防护外壳内部温度超标后,会自动断开电源,防止充电模块设备发生损坏;可以实时的监测充电温度,并且根据监测的温度数据实时的调控散热效率,保证充电模块可以以合适的温度运行;采用液冷的方式将充电模块工作过程所产生的热量吸收,可以保证充电模块的散热效率的稳定性。
