The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle thermal management, and discloses a charging pile temperature control system, a controller of the system is used for monitoring the temperature of a charging pile, and when the temperature of any one charging module is larger than a preset temperature, a first throttling valve and a second throttling valve which are correspondingly connected are controlled to be opened at the same time; the cooling liquid in the liquid storage unit enters the charging module through the cold bin and the first throttle valve for cooling, after cooling is completed, the cooling liquid in the charging module enters the heat exchange unit through the second throttle valve and the hot bin for heat exchange, and the cooling liquid after heat exchange enters the liquid storage unit; when the temperature of any charging module is smaller than the preset temperature, the first throttling valve and the second throttling valve which are correspondingly connected are controlled to be closed at the same time, and cooling of the corresponding charging module is stopped. Accurate temperature control during charging of the charging pile is achieved, thermal runaway is avoided, meanwhile, the effect of reducing noise is achieved without using a fan for cooling, and the problems that a cooling fan of the vehicle charging pile is large in noise and cannot control temperature accurately are solved.

    本发明涉及车辆热管理技术领域,公开了一种充电桩温度控制系统,该系统的控制器用于监测充电桩的温度,当任一充电模块温度大于预设温度后,控制对应连接的第一节流阀和第二节流阀同时开启,储液单元中的冷却液通过冷仓和第一节流阀进入充电模块进行降温,当降温完成后,充电模块中的冷却液通过第二节流阀和热仓进入换热单元中进行换热,换热后的冷却液进入储液单元;当任一充电模块的温度小于预设温度后,控制对应连接的第一节流阀和第二节流阀同时关闭,停止为对应的充电模块降温。本发明实现充电桩充电时的精准控温,避免热失控,同时未使用风扇降温达到降低噪音的效果,解决了车辆充电桩降温风机噪音大和无法精确控温的问题。
