The invention provides a vehicle-road cooperation method and device based on monitoring, and is used for adjusting a road electronic identifier according to a monitored real-time road condition, and the vehicle-road cooperation method comprises the steps: additionally arranging an artificial intelligence processing unit on an existing traffic violation camera device, and obtaining a real-time road condition monitoring image shot by the traffic violation camera device; the artificial intelligence processing unit identifies and processes the real-time road condition monitoring image so as to classify the real-time road condition; calculating road condition parameters of the specific road section based on the classified image data; the road condition parameters are counted and analyzed to comprehensively analyze road condition problem reasons of the specific road section, and a decision scheme for improving the road condition problems of the specific road section is determined; and adjusting the road electronic identifier based on the decision scheme to improve the road condition problem.

    本发明提供了一种基于监控的车路协同方法及装置,用于根据监控到的实时路况调整道路电子标识,车路协同方法包括:在现有交通违法摄像装置上增设人工智能处理单元,获取交通违法摄像装置拍摄的实时路况监控图像;人工智能处理单元识别处理实时路况监控图像,以对实时路况进行分类处理;基于分类处理后的图像数据计算特定路段的路况参数;统计分析路况参数以综合分析特定路段的路况问题原因,确定改善特定路段的路况问题的决策方案;以及基于决策方案调整道路电子标识以改善路况问题。
