The invention relates to a vehicle-road cooperation method and device, which can be applied to the Internet of Vehicles, such as V2X, LTE-V, V2V and the like, or can be applied to the fields of intelligent driving, intelligent network-connected vehicles and the like. A first device obtains first information, the first information comprising information of a road and/or information of objects on the road, the objects on the road comprising vehicles and/or pedestrians on the road. And the first device determines the driving behavior of the first device according to the first information and the capability of the first device. Even if the capability of the first device cannot process the first information completely, the first device can determine the driving behavior of the first device according to a part of information of the first information, so that the problem that the capability of the device cannot be completely matched with the roadside information is solved. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, devices with different capabilities and different roads can cooperate, so that the passing efficiency and safety are improved.
