The invention relates to the technical field of aircrafts, and discloses a folding wing mechanism for an aircraft and the aircraft.The folding wing mechanism comprises a mounting base, a driving assembly and a wing panel, a mounting cavity and a mounting hole are formed in the mounting base, the driving assembly comprises a rotating shaft and a torsional spring, the rotating shaft is rotationally arranged in the mounting cavity, and the torsional spring is arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode; the wing panel comprises a wing surface and a wing root which are arranged at an included angle in space, the wing root is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft through a mounting hole, the wing panel has a folding position and an unfolding position relative to the mounting seat, when the wing panel is located at the folding position, the central surface of the wing surface is tangent to the periphery of the wing panel cabin shell, and the torsional spring is in a force storage state; when the torsion spring releases force, the wing is driven to rotate around the axis of the wing root to the unfolding position, and the central face of the wing face is perpendicular to the axial section of the wing cabin shell. The folding wing mechanism and the aircraft are low in cost, the length of the wing panel cabin and the size of the outer envelope are small, and use of other structures of the aircraft is not affected.

    本发明涉及飞行器技术领域,公开一种用于飞行器的折叠翼机构及飞行器,折叠翼机构包括安装座、驱动组件和翼片,安装座上设置有安装腔和安装孔,驱动组件包括转轴和扭簧,转轴转动设置在安装腔中,扭簧套设在转轴上,翼片包括在空间上呈夹角设置的翼面和翼根,翼根通过安装孔与转轴的一端同轴固接,翼片相对安装座具有折叠位置和展开位置,翼片位于折叠位置时,翼面的中心面与翼片舱壳体的外周相切,且扭簧处于蓄力状态,扭簧释力时带动翼片绕翼根的轴线转动至展开位置,翼面的中心面与翼片舱壳体的轴向截面垂直。该折叠翼机构和飞行器成本较低,翼片舱长度和外包络体积较小,不影响飞行器其它结构的使用。
