The invention discloses a limiting method for a semi-submersible wind power platform. The limiting method comprises the following steps that limiting rigging is pre-distributed on three platform edge stand columns of the wind power platform; after the wind power platform is towed near the construction site, a deck person releases one limiting rigging; the limiting tug picks up the released limiting rigging, the limiting rigging is connected with the towing cable on the tug deck, and the towing cable is released after connection is completed; according to the previous step, the other two limiting tugs are connected with the limiting rigging; after the three limiting tugs are connected, the wind power platform is towed to the final in-place position; in the construction stage, the three limiting tugs adjust the tension of the towing cable according to site conditions, and the in-place precision of the wind power platform is controlled. By adopting the mode that the three limiting tugs are distributed at intervals and angles, the ship position interference between the limiting tugs and the installation main workboat is avoided, and meanwhile it can be guaranteed that the limiting tugs apply the towing force to the wind power platform at any angle, so that the in-place precision of the wind power platform during the offshore installation period is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种用于半潜式风电平台的限位方法,包括以下步骤:在风电平台的三个台边立柱均预布限位索具;风电平台拖航至施工现场附近后,甲板人员释放其一限位索具;限位拖轮拾取被释放限位索具,在拖轮甲板上将限位索具与拖缆连接,连接完成后释放拖缆;按上一步骤,另外两条限位拖轮分别连接限位索具;三条限位拖轮连接完成后,拖带风电平台至最终就位位置;施工阶段,三条限位拖轮根据现场情况调整拖缆张力,控制风电平台在位精度。本发明通过采用三条限位拖轮间隔角度分布模式,避免了限位拖轮与安装主作业船的船位干涉,同时可保证限位拖轮在任意角度对风电平台施加拖力从而确保了风电平台在海上安装期间的在位精度。
