And the cylindrical rod can pull the arc-shaped baffle to rotate and open through the arc-shaped connecting rod, so that the resistance of the wind power platform in water is increased to counteract the force generated when the wind power platform shakes, and then the effect of reducing the shaking amplitude of the platform is achieved.
