The invention provides an externally-hung direct-spray atomizing heat dissipation battery module and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the battery module comprises a battery assembly and a heat dissipation assembly, the heat dissipation assembly is arranged on the battery assembly, the heat dissipation assembly is filled with a cooling medium, and the battery assembly comprises a protection end box, a waterproof outer joint, a battery cell group and a naked heat dissipation cylinder group, the naked heat dissipation cylinder group comprises a plurality of naked heat dissipation cylinders which are respectively connected with the protection end box, the battery cell group comprises a plurality of independent battery cells, an outer through seam is arranged between every two adjacent naked heat dissipation cylinders, and the outer through seams are used for being directly communicated with the external environment. The heat dissipation assembly comprises a liquid water containing box, an atomization spray head part, a waterproof plug connector and a detachable locking part, the detachable locking part and the waterproof plug connector are connected with the liquid water containing box, the detachable locking part is installed on the protection end box, and the spraying direction of the atomization spray head part is used for facing the outer through seams. The high safety performance can be achieved, the heat dissipation effect is good, and the cooling medium filling operation is easier.

    本申请提供一种外挂式直喷雾化散热电池模组及无人飞行器,电池模组包括电池组件及散热组件,散热组件设置在电池组件上,散热组件内填充有冷却介质,电池组件包括:保护端盒、防水外接头、电芯组及裸置散热筒组,裸置散热筒组包括多个分别与保护端盒连接的裸置散热筒,电芯组包括多个独立电芯,每相邻两个裸置散热筒之间设置有外通缝,外通缝用于直接与外部环境连通。散热组件包括液态水容置盒、雾化喷头件、防水插接件及可拆卸锁紧件,可拆卸锁紧件及防水插接件分别与液态水容置盒连接,可拆卸锁紧件安装在保护端盒上,雾化喷头件的喷射方向用于朝向各外通缝设置,如此,能够具备更高的安全性能较高,散热效果较好,冷却介质填充操作也更加简易。
