The invention provides a forklift self-balancing device. The forklift self-balancing device comprises a shell, at least one deflection motor, a flywheel and a cover plate. The deflection motor is arranged on the outer side face of the shell. The flywheel is arranged in the shell; the cover plate is covered on the shell; the flywheel comprises a flywheel body, a plurality of copper wires, a first pole inward magnet, a second pole inward magnet, a first electric brush and a second electric brush. The plurality of copper wires are uniformly arranged on the surface of the flywheel body; the first pole inward magnet and the second pole inward magnet are symmetrically arranged on the side face of the flywheel body. And the first electric brush and the second electric brush are independently arranged at the two ends of the same copper wire. The invention further provides the forklift. According to the device, the weight of the forklift can be reduced, so that work applied to the weight of the forklift is reduced when the forklift runs, invalid energy loss is reduced, the energy utilization efficiency of the forklift is improved, and the device is particularly suitable for lithium battery forklifts.
