The invention provides a hoisting adjusting mechanism of a wind turbine generator and a hoisting method of the wind turbine generator, and relates to the technical field of wind power generation. The hoisting adjusting mechanism comprises a gravity center adjusting assembly which comprises a hoisting seat, a gravity center adjusting block and a fixing piece; the hoisting seat is detachably connected with hoisting equipment; the fixing part is used for temporarily fixing the wind turbine generator components; the gravity center adjusting block is slidably arranged on the hoisting seat, and the sliding distance of the gravity center adjusting block is adjusted, so that the rotating angle of the hoisting seat around the joint with the hoisting equipment can be adjusted to adjust the mounting inclination angle of the wind turbine generator component; the driving piece is used for driving the gravity center adjusting block to slide; and the control assembly is used for sending a control instruction to the driving piece. According to the hoisting adjusting mechanism and the hoisting method of the wind turbine generator, the installation dip angle of the wind turbine generator component can be adjusted in the assembling process, the problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that the installation dip angle of the wind turbine generator component cannot be adjusted in the assembling process, the wind turbine generator is difficult to install in the air is solved, and the assembling precision is improved.

    本发明提供一种风电机组的吊装调整机构和一种风电机组的吊装方法,涉及风力发电技术领域。吊装调整机构包括:重心调节组件,包括吊装座、重心调节块和固定件;吊装座与起吊设备可拆卸连接;固定件,用于临时固定风电机组部件;重心调节块滑动设置在吊装座上,调整重心调节块的滑动距离,能够调整吊装座围绕与起吊设备的连接处的转动角度以调整风电机组部件的安装倾角;驱动件,用于驱动重心调节块滑动;控制组件,用于向驱动件发出控制指令。该风电机组的吊装调整机构和吊装方法,能够在装配过程中调整风电机组部件的安装倾角,解决了现有技术中因风电机组部件的安装倾角在装配时无法调整,导致风电机组在空中安装困难的问题,提高了装配精度。
