A blade hoisting adjusting device for a wind driven generator comprises two blade clamps, a tower top support and a hoisting beam. An elevator is arranged above the tower top bracket and is connected with the fixed disc through a lifting rope; the hanging beam comprises a rotating frame, a bearing inner ring, a bearing outer ring and a fixing disc, a gear strip is arranged on the inner side of the bearing inner ring, a driving motor is installed on the fixing disc, and the driving end of the driving motor is meshed with the gear strip through a gear; winch machines are connected to the two sides of the upper surface of the rotating frame and connected to the blade clamps through steel wire ropes. The defects in the prior art are overcome, through the meshing relation of the gear and the gear strip, the bearing inner ring is driven to rotate, then the fan blades are driven to rotate together in the horizontal direction, the fan blades can be placed below a tower cylinder in parallel before hoisting, the length of a fan tower top support can be greatly shortened, the load is reduced, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, the operation space can be reduced, so that the fan blade can be conveniently hoisted.
一种用于风力发电机的叶片吊装调整装置,包括两个叶片夹具、塔顶支架和吊梁;塔顶支架上方设有提升机,提升机通过提拉绳连接固定盘;吊梁包括转动架、轴承内圈、轴承外圈和固定盘,轴承内圈内侧设有齿轮条,固定盘上安装有驱动电机,驱动电机的驱动端通过齿轮与齿轮条相啮合;转动架上表面两侧连接有卷扬机,卷扬机通过钢丝绳连接在叶片夹具上。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,通过齿轮与齿轮条相啮合的关系,以带动轴承内圈进行转动,继而带动风机叶片一起在水平方向上转动,使风机叶片可在吊装前平行放置于塔筒下方,继而能够大幅度缩短风机塔顶支架长度,降低载荷,减少结构用料,同时还可以减小作业空间,以便于风机叶片吊装工作。
