The invention relates to a multi-degree-of-freedom motion simulation device suitable for a falling tower. The multi-degree-of-freedom motion simulation device comprises a falling cabin, a shock pad, a supporting platform, a camera bracket, a monitoring camera, a horizontal control assembly, a swing control assembly and a vertical control assembly, the falling cabin is a totally-closed cabin body, a shock pad is placed at the bottom in the falling cabin, and the supporting platform is of a rectangular frame structure and is fixedly installed on the shock pad. The camera support is arranged on the shock pad and located outside the supporting platform, and the monitoring camera is arranged on the camera support and monitors the movement process of the product in real time. The falling cabin falls to simulate the microgravity environment, the horizontal motor, the vertical motor and the rotating motor work to drive the tested product to simulate the real motion state, and the motion stress condition of the tested product is obtained through the force sensor. According to the invention, multi-degree-of-freedom motion simulation is carried out on a tower falling test so as to verify the in-orbit operation performance of a spaceflight mechanism product.

    本发明涉及一种适用于落塔的多自由度运动模拟装置,包括落舱、减震垫、支撑平台、相机支架、监视相机、水平控制组件、摆动控制组件和竖直控制组件;落舱为全封闭舱体,落舱内底部放置有减震垫,支撑平台为矩形框架结构,固定安装于减震垫上;相机支架置于减震垫上且位于支撑平台外部,监视相机置于相机支架上,实时监测产品运动过程;落舱下落模拟微重力环境,水平电机、竖直电机、转动电机工作,带动被测产品模拟真实运动状态,通过力传感器获取被测产品运动受力情况。本发明针对落塔试验进行多自由度运动模拟,以验证航天机构产品在轨运行的性能。
