The invention provides an underwater vehicle with telescopic acoustic array rotors, and relates to the technical field of underwater operation equipment. The aircraft comprises an aircraft body and an acoustic array rotor unit arranged on the aircraft body, wherein the acoustic array rotor unit comprises a cantilever bracket, a first driving mechanism, a sensor supporting body and an acoustic signal receiving sensor. According to the underwater vehicle with the telescopic acoustic array rotor wings, in the navigation mode, the cantilever support is swung through the acoustic array rotor wing unit to be attached to the vehicle body, so that the flow resistance of the underwater vehicle is reduced; a navigation mode is switched into a detection mode, the cantilever support is swung through the acoustic array rotor wing unit so as to be in a vertical posture relative to the vehicle body, the acoustic signal receiving sensors are distributed in a transverse large-span mode, the transverse receiving distance of the acoustic signal receiving sensors is increased, and the acoustic signal receiving sensors are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the sensor supporting body. Therefore, a larger acoustic aperture and array gain are obtained, and the detection precision is improved.
