The invention provides a tie line power fluctuation stabilizing method and system based on electric vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target change value of total output power of a plurality of electric vehicle clusters based on a tie line real-time fluctuation rate and tie line real-time power; determining a target change value of the output power of each electric vehicle cluster based on the target change value of the total output power of the plurality of electric vehicle clusters, the total battery capacity of the electric vehicle clusters and the battery output power of the electric vehicle clusters; based on the target change value of the output power of each electric vehicle cluster and the SOC state of each electric vehicle, determining a target value of the output power of each electric vehicle in each electric vehicle cluster; and calculating the stabilized actual power of the tie line based on the target value of the output power of each electric vehicle in each cluster. The method comprehensively considers the state of charge of the battery of the electric vehicle, the output power of the electric vehicle and other information, and optimizes the charging and discharging behaviors of the user on the basis of ensuring the energy consumption, travel and other requirements of the electric vehicle user.
本发明提供了一种基于电动汽车的联络线功率波动平抑方法及系统,包括:基于联络线实时波动率和联络线实时功率确定多个电动汽车集群总输出功率的目标变化值;基于所述多个电动汽车集群总输出功率的目标变化值、电动汽车集群的电池总容量、电动汽车集群的电池输出功率,确定各电动汽车集群输出功率的目标变化值;基于各电动汽车集群输出功率的目标变化值和各电动汽车SOC状态,确定各电动汽车集群中各电动汽车输出功率的目标值;基于各集群中各电动汽车输出功率的目标值计算平抑后的联络线实际功率。本发明综合考虑电动汽车电池荷电状态、电动汽车输出功率等信息,在保证电动汽车用户用能、出行等需求的基础上,优化了用户充放电行为。
