The invention provides a complex hybrid configuration gear switching system and method, and belongs to the technical field of hybrid electric vehicles, the complex hybrid configuration gear switching system comprises a first power source, a second power source, a third power source, an output end, a first gear shifting mechanism, a second gear shifting mechanism, a third gear shifting mechanism, a planetary mechanism and a transmission shaft; one end of the transmission shaft is connected with the first power source, the first gearshift mechanism is connected with the transmission shaft, and the connection position is close to the first power source; the second power source is arranged between the first gear shifting mechanism and the planetary mechanism; the planetary mechanism is mounted on the transmission shaft and is close to the first power source; aiming at a complex hybrid power system, gear switching in multiple operation modes is achieved by controlling three power sources to adjust the speed and controlling two gear shifting mechanisms to act. And synchronous adjustment of the gear shifting rotating speed of the hybrid power system and reduction of gear shifting impact are achieved through complex control logic.

    本发明提供一种复杂混动构型挡位切换系统及方法,属于混合动力汽车技术领域,包括:第一动力源、第二动力源、第三动力源、输出端、第一换挡机构、第二换挡机构、第三换挡机构、行星机构以及传动轴;传动轴的一端连接第一动力源,第一换挡机构与传动轴连接,且连接位置靠近第一动力源;第二动力源设置在第一换挡机构和行星机构之间;行星机构安装在传动轴上,且靠近第一动力源设置;本发明针对复杂的混动系统,提出通过控制三个动力源调速及两个换挡机构动作,实现了的多个运行模式下的挡位切换。还通过复杂的控制逻辑实现了混动系统换挡转速同步调节及换挡冲击减少。
