The invention discloses a mode switching control method for a planet multi-gear hybrid power system, and aims to solve the problems that the planet multi-gear hybrid power system is complex in structure and diverse in operation mode, longitudinal impact is caused in the mode switching process of the power system, and the smoothness of a whole vehicle is further intensified. The method comprises the steps of firstly, carrying out stage division on a first-class mode switching process, and carrying out dynamic modeling according to transmission system characteristics of each stage; in combination with the characteristics of a common coordination control strategy in engineering,exploring the influence rule of mode switching parameters, and forming hierarchical control problem description of the mode switching process of the planet multi-gear hybrid power system; and then, considering different running states of a clutch in the combination process, designing an optimal expected track of apower source and the clutch by adopting a self-adaptive fuzzy sliding mode method so as to expect to realize an efficient electromechanical coupling mode switching process, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the whole vehicle in the mode switching process.
本发明公开了一种行星多挡混合动力系统模式切换控制方法,该发明旨在克服行星多挡混合动力系统结构复杂、运行模式多样,所带来的动力系统模式切换过程引起的纵向冲击,进一步加剧整车的平顺性问题。包括以下步骤:首先针对第一类模式切换过程进行阶段划分,并根据每个阶段的传动系统特征进行动力学建模;结合工程中常用协调控制策略的特点,探究模式切换参数影响规律,形成了行星多挡混合动力系统模式切换过程的分层控制问题描述;然后,考虑离合器在结合过程的不同运行状态,采用自适应模糊滑模方法设计了动力源与离合器的最佳期望轨迹,以期望实现高效的机电耦合模式切换过程,从而保证整车在模式切换过程中的平顺性。
