The system comprises a water surface display console, a sonar sensor and an underwater positioning beacon. The underwater positioning beacon is worn on the upper arm of a diver, and after the diver wears the underwater positioning beacon to enter water, the beacon can send the position information and the working state of the diver to the water surface display console in real time in an underwater acoustic communication mode. And the water surface display console receives the signal and then carries out data processing on the signal and displays a processing result on the water surface display console. When a person on the water surface finds that the diver deviates from an operation track, and the floating speed, the diving speed or the diving depth exceeds a preset safety value, the person on the water surface can call the diver through the water surface display console and the sonar sensor to give an alarm. When a diver encounters a dangerous situation, the diver can actively send out an emergency continuous SOS distress signal through an SOS emergency communication button on the underwater positioning beacon. Water surface personnel and other divers can carry out combined rescue after receiving the distress signal. According to the invention, the problems of monitoring and guiding underwater operation of divers and communication in emergency situations by people on the water surface are solved, and underwater wireless remote monitoring and transboundary quality communication become possible. The equipment has the advantages of small size, convenience in use, simplicity in operation, plug-and-play and the like.
