The invention relates to a pressing, releasing and separating mechanism and method applied to staggered-layer stacked panel satellites. The pressing, releasing and separating mechanism comprises a force bearing column assembly, a tensioning rod assembly, a pressing cover assembly, a pressing and unlocking assembly, an unfolding and locking assembly and a tension spring assembly. Unfolding locking assemblies are fixedly connected to the two sides of the force bearing column assembly, tensioning rod assemblies are connected to the unfolding locking assemblies, and the other ends of the tensioning rod assemblies are connected with the pressing cover assembly through pressing unlocking assemblies; the force bearing column assembly comprises three low force bearing columns and a high force bearing column, a first satellite is placed on the three low force bearing columns, a second satellite is placed on the two low force bearing columns and the high force bearing column of the first satellite by rotating by 180 degrees, and the satellite staggered layer stacking assembly is formed through sequential staggered layer stacking; the pressing cover assembly is fixed to force bearing cylinders on two satellites on the topmost layer of the satellite staggered-layer stacking assembly, one end of the tension spring assembly is connected to the tensioning rod assembly, and the other end of the tension spring assembly is connected to the force bearing column assembly.

    本发明涉及一种应用于错层堆叠平板卫星的压紧释放分离机构及分离方法,包括承力柱组件、拉紧杆组件、压紧盖组件、压紧解锁组件、展开锁定组件及拉簧组件;承力柱组件两侧均固定连接有展开锁定组件,在展开锁定组件上连接有拉紧杆组件,拉紧杆组件另一端通过压紧解锁组件和压紧盖组件连接;承力柱组件包括3个低承力柱和1个高承力柱,在3个低承力柱上放置第一颗卫星,第二颗卫星旋转180°放置在第一颗卫星的两个低承力柱和高承力柱上,依次错层堆叠形成卫星错层堆叠组件;压紧盖组件固定在卫星错层堆叠组件最顶层两颗卫星上的承力筒上,拉簧组件一端连接在拉紧杆组件上、另一端连接在承力柱组件上。
