The invention relates to the field of aircraft wing anti-icing and deicing, in particular to a wing anti-icing and deicing system applying a vein-like structure and an operation method. The vein-imitated wing anti-icing and de-icing system is divided into an upper wing part and a lower wing part. The vein-imitated wing anti-icing and de-icing system comprises an air entraining pipeline, an air entraining main pipe, air entraining branch pipes, an anti-icing valve, an icing detector, an exhaust port and the like, the air entraining pipeline is used for entraining air of an engine, the air entraining main pipe is used for conveying high-temperature entraining air to the branch pipes, and the air entraining branch pipes are used for conveying the high-temperature entraining air on the inner surface of a wing to heat the surface of the wing. Ice on the surface of the wing surface is melted, the anti-icing valve is opened after ice accumulation is detected, and the exhaust port is used for exhausting useless waste gas; the wing anti-icing and de-icing system adopts a vein-like structural design, so that internal pipelines of the anti-icing and de-icing system are in vein-like texture distribution, and backflow ice is efficiently eliminated while the uniformity of high-temperature bleed air distribution is ensured. The invention has the advantages of uniform heat distribution, efficient elimination of backflow ice and the like.

    本发明涉及飞机机翼防除冰领域,具体涉及一种应用仿叶脉形结构的机翼防除冰系统及运行方法。该仿叶脉形机翼防除冰系统分为上侧机翼和下侧机翼部分。所述仿叶脉形机翼防除冰系统包含引气管路、引气干管、引气支管、防冰活门、结冰探测器、排气口等部件,引气管路用于发动机引气,引气干管用于给支管传输高温引气,引气支管用于在机翼内表面传输高温引气使之加热机翼表面,融化机翼表面积冰,防冰活门用于探测到积冰后打开,排气口用于排出无用废气;所述机翼防除冰系统采用仿叶脉形结构设计,使得防除冰系统内部管道呈现叶脉状纹理分布,在保证高温引气分配的均匀性的同时高效消除回流冰。本发明具有热量分配均匀、高效消除回流冰等优点。
