The invention provides a SiO-based negative electrode material and a preparation method thereof. The SiO-based negative electrode material comprises a SiO modified material and graphite in a weight ratio of 1: (19-33), wherein the SiO modified material comprises a SiO base material and a LiPON layer coated on the outer surface of the SiO base material. The invention also provides a negative plate and a preparation method thereof. The negative plate comprises a copper foil and a slurry layer coated on the copper foil, wherein the slurry of the slurry layer comprises a SiO-based negative electrode material, conductive carbon black, graphene and acrylic resin in a weight ratio of (80-96): 1: (0.02-0.06): (2.5-5). The invention also provides a battery and a preparation method thereof. The battery is provided with the negative plate. The invention also provides an application of the SiO-based negative electrode material in a battery. Compared with SiO, the SiO-based negative electrode material has the advantages that on one hand, the volume expansion in the charge-discharge process is inhibited, and on the other hand, the conductivity is enhanced.
本发明提供一种SiO基负极材料及其制备方法,其组成包括重量比为1:(19‑33)的SiO改性材料和石墨;其中,SiO改性材料包括SiO基材和包覆于所述SiO基材外表面的LiPON层。还提供一种负极片及其制备方法,负极片包括铜箔和包覆于所述铜箔上的浆料层;其中,浆料层的浆料的组成包括重量比为(80‑96):1:(0.02‑0.06):(2.5‑5)的SiO基负极材料、导电炭黑、石墨烯和丙烯酸树脂。还提供一种电池及其制备方法,其具有前述负极片。还提供前述SiO基负极材料在电池中的应用。该SiO基负极材料相对于SiO,一方面在充放电过程中的体积膨胀得到了抑制,另一方面导电性得到了增强。
