The invention provides a composite negative electrode material and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite negative electrode material comprises hard carbon primary particles and graphite secondary particles, and the hard carbon primary particles are located in internal gaps of the graphite secondary particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps: kneading graphite secondary particles and hard carbon primary particles to enable the hard carbon primary particles to enter internal gaps of the graphite secondary particles to obtain the composite negative electrode material. According to the invention, the small-particle hard carbon primary particle material is mixed with the graphite secondary particles, so that internal gaps of the secondary particles are filled with the small particles, and the compaction density of the material is improved; and after the structure of the mixed hard carbon material is adopted, electron conduction channels in the material can be increased, and the fast charging performance is improved.
本发明提供了一种复合负极材料及其制备方法和应用。所述复合负极材料包括硬碳一次颗粒和石墨二次颗粒,所述硬碳一次颗粒位于所述石墨二次颗粒的内部空隙中。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将石墨二次颗粒与硬碳一次颗粒进行捏合,使硬碳一次颗粒进入石墨二次颗粒的内部空隙中,得到所述复合负极材料。本发明将小颗粒硬碳一次颗粒材料与石墨二次颗粒混合,使小颗粒填充于二次颗粒的内部空隙中,提高了材料压实密度;并且混合硬碳材料的结构后还可增加材料内部的电子传导通道,提高快充性能。
