The invention belongs to the field of smart city traffic, and particularly provides an annunciator control method for a special service task and a service management platform, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining special service task information inputted by a user in advance, the special service task information at least comprises an identifier of each intersection through which a special service task object needs to pass, a locking stage of each intersection and a locking duration of each intersection; and issuing the special service task information to a signal machine of each intersection, so that the signal machine executes the special service task information according to the special service task information. Based on the technical scheme provided by the invention, one-key control of the signal machine at each intersection in the service route can be realized, so that the operation is simpler and more convenient.
