The invention belongs to the field of intelligent traffic, and particularly provides a control method, device and platform for an annunciator for temporary service, and the method comprises the steps: responding to an intersection selected by a user, displaying a temporary service control window on the top layer of a map page, and displaying a plurality of stage controls corresponding to the intersection in the temporary service control window, the stage control is used for controlling the signal phase of each signal machine at the intersection; and responding to the stage control selected by the user, and controlling each signal machine at the intersection to execute a signal phase corresponding to the selected stage control. Based on the technical scheme provided by the invention, the temporary service can be responded in time.
