The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, an ARINC429, a serial bus processing chip, a full/half-duplex transceiver chip and an SOC are in communication connection through an SPI, an I2C and a UART and are expanded into a multi-path interface to carry out data conversion, wherein the ARINC429, the serial bus processing chip, the full/half-duplex transceiver chip and the SOC are in communication connection through the SPI, the I2C and the UART; s2, performing parameter definition on the multi-path interface, and then performing communication with a driving layer constructed by a vehicle-gauge-level chip; s3, packaging the operation of the message queue of the middle layer into a library file, processing the message by using the library file, and performing data transceiving communication with an upper airborne resident application established in the QNX system; meanwhile, the invention further provides an airplane cockpit comprehensive display unit based on the SOC.
