The invention belongs to the field of mechanical vehicle transmissions, and discloses an engineering mechanical transmission transmission system power output device which comprises an output shaft device and a four-wheel drive output shaft device. The output shaft device comprises an output shaft, the output shaft is meshed with a first flange plate, a low-gear gear, a clamping base, a high-gear gear and a four-wheel-drive piston through splines, and a piston base is arranged on the outer ring of the four-wheel-drive piston. The four-wheel-drive output shaft device comprises a supporting shaft, a groove is formed in the other end of the output shaft, one end of the supporting shaft is arranged in the groove, and a first needle bearing is arranged between the output shaft and the curved surface of the supporting shaft. The output shaft device and the four-wheel-drive output shaft device are connected in a spline mode through the four-wheel-drive piston, and switching of a two-wheel-drive power mode and a four-wheel-drive power mode is achieved by controlling movement of the four-wheel-drive piston. A needle bearing is used for connecting the output shaft and the supporting shaft, and the needle bearing is used for avoiding the ablation phenomenon caused by relative friction due to the large relative rotating speed difference between the two shafts.

    本发明属于机械车辆变速器领域,公开了一种工程机械变速器传动系统动力输出装置,包括输出轴装置和四驱输出轴装置;输出轴装置包括输出轴,输出轴通过花键分别与第一法兰盘、低挡齿轮、卡座、高挡齿轮和四驱活塞啮合,在四驱活塞的外圈设置活塞座;四驱输出轴装置包括支撑轴,在输出轴的另一端部设有凹槽,凹槽内设置支撑轴的一端,输出轴与支撑轴的曲面之间设置第一滚针轴承。本发明输出轴装置与四驱输出轴装置通过四驱活塞于花键的形式相连,通过控制四驱活塞的运动,实现两驱/四驱之间的动力模式的切换;在输出轴和支撑轴之间的连接形式使用滚针轴承,用于避免由于两轴之间较大的相对转速差,导致相对摩擦引起的烧蚀现象。
