The invention discloses an electric winch emergency braking system which comprises a voltage sensor, an electric braking unit and a mechanical braking unit, the electric braking unit comprises an electric braking unit controller, an IGBT module and a braking resistor, the mechanical braking unit comprises a mechanical brake and a controller of the mechanical brake, and the voltage sensor and the electric braking unit are connected to a direct current bus in parallel; the invention further discloses a control method thereof, the voltage sensor monitors the voltage of the direct-current bus and transmits a voltage signal to the electric braking unit controller, and when emergency working conditions such as shutdown caused by main power loss and system faults occur, the electric braking unit with higher response speed is put into use firstly, so that the rotating speed of a winch system is maintained within a safe range; and then the mechanical brake is put into use to brake the winch system. Two braking modes of electric braking and mechanical braking are combined, and the risk that a winch shaft system is pulled by a load to be overspeed under emergency working conditions such as shutdown caused by main power loss and system faults can be effectively eliminated.
本发明公开了一种电动绞车应急制动系统,包括电压传感器、电制动单元、机械制动单元,电制动单元包括电制动单元控制器、IGBT模块、制动电阻,机械制动单元包括机械制动器及其控制器,电压传感器和电制动单元并联在直流母线上;还公开了其控制方法,电压传感器监测直流母线电压,并将电压信号传输至电制动单元控制器,当出现主电失电、系统故障导致停机等应急工况时,响应速度更快的电制动单元率先投入,使绞车系统转速维持在安全范围以内,随后机械制动器投入,将绞车系统刹停。本发明结合电制动和机械制动两种制动方式,可有效消除在主电失电、系统故障导致停机等应急工况下绞车轴系受负载牵引而超速的风险。
