The invention provides a direct-driven winch, and relates to the technical field of winches. The torque output end of the driving motor is a hollow connecting shaft sleeve, the end of a winding drum shaft of the winding drum extends into the connecting shaft sleeve to be directly connected with the connecting shaft sleeve, and a water cooling channel is arranged on a motor shell of the driving motor and provided with a water inlet and a water return port. According to the direct-driven winch, the driving motor is adopted to directly drive the drum shaft to rotate, an existing air cooling structure is abandoned, the driving motor is cooled in a water cooling mode, and therefore the maintenance cost is reduced, the outage rate is reduced, and noise is reduced.

    本发明提供一种直驱绞车,涉及绞车技术领域,包括驱动电机和卷筒;驱动电机的扭矩输出端为空心的连接轴套,卷筒的卷筒轴端部伸进连接轴套与连接轴套直接连接,驱动电机的电机壳上设置有水冷通道,水冷通道具备进水口和回水口。本发明提供的直驱绞车采用驱动电机直接驱动卷筒轴的转动,且摒弃了现有风冷结构,采用水冷方式对驱动电机进行冷却,进而减小维修成本,降低停机率,减小噪音。
