The invention provides a self-climbing type multifunctional hoisting system and a hollow pier double-column synchronous construction method.The hoisting system comprises a frame body assembly, a supporting assembly, a tower crane assembly, a lifting assembly, a hoisting assembly and an intelligent controller, and the intelligent controller is connected with and controls the tower crane assembly, the lifting assembly and the hoisting assembly; and the hoisting system is arranged on the installed pier column and the steel pipe latticed column. The steel pipes are assembled into the truss on the ground, the synchronous winch guides four wires to conduct double-lifting-point simultaneous lifting, and the steel pipes forming the truss are moved and installed through the luffing mechanism. The intelligent climbing also depends on the installed steel pipe latticed columns, one layer is installed, and one layer is climbed. The four numerical control synchronous continuous hydraulic jacks are used as climbing power, the steel strands are used for climbing traction, and the climbing effect is achieved by repeatedly tensioning the steel strands.

    本发明提出了一种自爬式多功能吊装系统及空心墩双柱同步施工方法,吊装系统包括架体组件、支撑组件、塔吊组件、提升组件、起重组件和智能控制器,所述智能控制器连接控制塔吊组件、提升组件和起重组件,所述吊装系统设置在已安装的墩柱和钢管格构柱上。本发明将钢管在地面组装成榀,由同步卷扬机导四线进行双吊点同时起吊提升,通过变幅机构进行移动成榀的钢管并安装。智能爬升同样依靠已安装的钢管格构柱,安装一层、爬升一层。四台数控同步连续液压千斤顶为爬升动力,钢绞线爬升牵引,通过反复张拉钢绞线达到爬升效果。
