The invention discloses a limited space small-caliber pipe gallery hoisting device which comprises a plurality of electric self-propelled stand columns, a hoisting longitudinal beam is connected to the tops of the electric self-propelled stand columns, a tray track cross beam is vertically arranged below the hoisting longitudinal beam, and the lower portion of the hoisting longitudinal beam is further connected with a lifting belt track cross beam through a vertical hoisting rod. A tray electric hoist is arranged on the tray track cross beam and connected with a tray through a tray lifting steel strand, a lifting electric hoist is arranged on the lifting belt track cross beam and connected with the tray through a lifting belt, and the tray is used for placing a concrete prefabricated pipe gallery. The invention further provides a pipe gallery butt joint method. By means of the specially-designed small-caliber pipe gallery hoisting device for the limited space, the pipe gallery can be safely and reliably in butt joint in the specific space, and the whole device is convenient to move and high in efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种受限空间小口径管廊吊装装置,包括多个电动自行立柱,在电动自行立柱顶部连接有起吊纵梁,起吊纵梁下方垂直设置有托盘轨道横梁,在起吊纵梁下方还通过竖向吊杆与升降带轨道横梁相连,托盘轨道横梁上设置有托盘电葫芦,托盘电葫芦通过托盘升降钢绞线与托盘相连,升降带轨道横梁上设置有升降带电葫芦,升降带电葫芦通过升降带与托盘相连,托盘用于放置混凝土预制管廊。本发明还提供了一种管廊对接方法。本发明通过特别设计的受限空间小口径管廊吊装装置,能够在特定空间内将管廊安全、可靠地进行对接,且整个装置移动方便,效率高。
