The invention provides a pipe gallery module deck hoisting method, and belongs to the technical field of construction of pipe gallery modules. The method comprises the following steps: arranging six large hoisting points on a pipe gallery module deck, and selecting a first crawler, a second crawler as well as a lower trolley and an upper trolley of a gantry crane to hoist the six large hoisting points; connecting the lower trolley of the gantry crane with the two large hoisting points through a first hoisting rod, and connecting the upper trolley and the lower trolley of the gantry crane with the two large hoisting points through a second hoisting rod; connecting a first hoisting arm of the first crawler with one large hoisting point through a first hoisting hook; connecting the lower portion of a second hoisting arm of the second crawler with one large hoisting point through a second hoisting hook; slowly hoisting the pipe gallery module deck away from a jig frame through the lower trolley, the upper trolley, the first crawler and the second crawler; and driving the pipe gallery module deck to slowly move towards a to-be-combined module deck and lowering the pipe gallery module deck to the correct position on the to-be-combined module deck so as to complete hoisting. According to the method, one-time hoisting of the pipe gallery module deck with the ultra-large size can be realized, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种管廊模块甲板吊装方法,属于管廊模块建造技术领域。本发明包括以下步骤:在管廊模块甲板上设置6个大吊点,选用第一履带车、第二履带车、龙门吊的下小车和上小车起吊6个大吊点;龙门吊的下小车通过第一吊杆连接2个大吊点,龙门吊的上下车通过第二吊杆连接2个大吊点;第一履带车的第一吊臂通过第一吊钩连接1个大吊点;第二履带车的第二吊臂下方通过第二吊钩连接1个大吊点;利用下小车、上小车、第一履带车和第二履带车将管廊模块甲板缓慢吊离胎架;带动管廊模块甲板向待组合模块甲板缓慢移动,将其下放至待组合模块甲板上的正确位置,吊装结束。本发明能够实现超大尺寸的管廊模块甲板一次性吊装,提高施工效率。
