The method comprises the following steps: arranging six large hoisting points on a pipe gallery module deck, and selecting a first crawler, a second crawler as well as a lower trolley and an upper trolley of a gantry crane to hoist the six large hoisting points; connecting the lower trolley of the gantry crane with the two large hoisting points through a first hoisting rod, and connecting the upper trolley and the lower trolley of the gantry crane with the two large hoisting points through a second hoisting rod; connecting a first hoisting arm of the first crawler with one large hoisting point through a first hoisting hook; connecting the lower portion of a second hoisting arm of the second crawler with one large hoisting point through a second hoisting hook; slowly hoisting the pipe gallery module deck away from a jig frame through the lower trolley, the upper trolley, the first crawler and the second crawler; and driving the pipe gallery module deck to slowly move towards a to-be-combined module deck and lowering the pipe gallery module deck to the correct position on the to-be-combined module deck so as to complete hoisting. According to the method, one-time hoisting of the pipe gallery module deck with the ultra-large size can be realized, and the construction efficiency is improved.
