The ship anti-collision traction device comprises a base installed on a first ship such as a supply ship, a rotating arm, a folding arm and a telescopic arm are sequentially installed on the base through a rotating mechanism, and the rotating arm, the folding arm and the telescopic arm are driven by a lifting driver, a folding driver and a telescopic driver to stretch, retract or adjust. Therefore, the tractor at the end part of the telescopic arm is opposite to and fixed with a traction point of a second ship, namely a workboat. According to the ship anti-collision traction device, the distance between two ships can be stably controlled, the collision probability of the ships is greatly reduced, the lightering operation safety is improved, storm weather can be better resisted, and the application environment and the working efficiency are improved; and the ship anti-collision traction device can be applied to lightering operation of various types of ships, and the application range is extremely wide.

    一种船舶防撞牵引装置及船舶过驳并靠方法,包括安装于第一船只,如补给船上的基座,基座上通过转动机构依次安装转动臂、折叠臂和伸缩臂,且它们分别通过抬升驱动器、折叠驱动器和伸缩驱动器带动进行伸展、收缩或调节,从而使伸缩臂端部的牵引器与第二船只,即作业船的牵引点相对并固定。该种船舶防撞牵引装置可以稳定地控制两船只之间的距离,极大地降低了船只的碰撞几率,提高过驳作业安全性,也可以更好地抵抗风浪天气,提高适用环境和工作效率;且该种船舶防撞牵引装置可以应用于各种类型船只的过驳作业,适用范围极广。
