The external structure of the energy absorption box is designed by taking a firm concave compact bone structure outside a tibia of a human body as a bionic object, and meanwhile, a negative Poisson's ratio structure material with a thickness gradient function is applied to internal filling of the energy absorption box by combining the characteristics of light weight, high energy absorption characteristic and impact resistance of the negative Poisson's ratio structure; according to the vehicle collision energy absorption box based on the negative Poisson's ratio bionic structure and the optimization method of the vehicle collision energy absorption box, good supporting and anti-impact effects are achieved when a vehicle has a head-on collision, and the vehicle collision energy absorption box has excellent comprehensive low-speed collision resistance, energy absorption characteristics, peak collision force and lightweight characteristics.

    本发明公开了一种基于负泊松比仿生结构的车辆碰撞吸能盒及其优化方法。以人体胫骨外部坚固的内凹形骨密质结构为仿生对象对吸能盒外部结构进行设计,同时结合负泊松比结构轻质、高能量吸收特性和抗冲击能力的特点,将具有厚度梯度功能的负泊松比结构材料应用于吸能盒的内部填充,提出一种基于负泊松比仿生结构的车辆碰撞吸能盒及其优化方法,在车辆发生正面碰撞时实现良好的支撑和抗冲击效果,具有优良的综合性低速耐撞性、吸能特性、峰值碰撞力以及轻量化特性。
