The invention relates to the field of electronic fan control, and particularly discloses a vehicle electronic fan control system and method.The vehicle electronic fan control system comprises a pressure sensor arranged at an outlet of a condenser and used for detecting the pressure of the outlet of the condenser and transmitting detection data to an electronic fan controller; the compressor state detection module is used for detecting the on-off state of an air conditioner compressor and sending a detection signal to the electronic fan controller; the environment temperature sensor is used for detecting the environment temperature of a vehicle target area and sending detection data to the electronic fan controller; and the electronic fan controller is used for controlling the running state of the electronic fan through a speed regulation module according to the outlet pressure of the condenser, the on-off state of the air conditioner compressor and the environment temperature. According to the method, the condenser outlet pressure signal on the air conditioner pipeline and the state of the air conditioner compressor serve as input, different duty ratios are output according to different environment temperatures to control the rotating speed of the electronic fan, the electronic fan is made to adapt to application working conditions, the heat dissipation requirement is met, and the oil saving effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及电子扇控制领域,具体公开一种车辆电子扇控制系统及方法,包括压力传感器:设置在冷凝器出口处,用于检测冷凝器出口压力,并将检测数据传输至电子扇控制器;压缩机状态检测模块:用于检测空调压缩机的开关状态,并将检测信号发送至电子扇控制器;环境温度传感器:用于检测车辆目标区域的环境温度,并将检测数据发送至电子扇控制器;电子扇控制器:根据冷凝器出口压力、空调压缩机的开关状态和环境温度,通过调速模块控制电子扇风机的运行状态。本发明基于空调管路上冷凝器出口压力信号和空调压缩机状态为输入,根据环境温度的不同,输出不同的占空比控制电子扇转速,使电子扇适应应用工况,既保证散热需求,又起到节油的效果。
