The invention discloses a double-layer cooperative control method considering the traffic risk of an expressway confluence area in a network connection environment, which is suitable for the expressway confluence area, and comprises the following steps: 1, predicting the traffic flow state of the next time period and calculating the accident risk and the congestion risk of the confluence area, and 2, when the traffic risk exceeds a corresponding threshold value and the ramp queuing length exceeds a threshold value, judging the traffic risk of the confluence area. And 3, when the risk exceeds a threshold value and the ramp queuing length does not exceed the threshold value, starting a ramp adjustment control strategy, and calculating an optimal ramp adjustment rate according to the upper layer target. According to the method, the accident risk is reduced, congestion is relieved, a double-layer planning model is established, upper and lower layer control strategies can be cooperatively matched, network traffic flow distribution is balanced, intelligent cooperative management of the traffic flow is integrally realized, and the safety, stability and traffic efficiency of a complex road section can be greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种网联环境下考虑快速路合流区交通风险的双层协同控制方法,适用于快速路合流区,包括:1、预测的下一时段的交通流状态并计算合流区事故风险和拥堵风险,2、当交通风险超过相应阈值且匝道排队长度超过阈值时,激活双层协同控制策略,根据上下层目标和优化算法得到下一时段最优控制参数,实施协同控制,3、当风险超过阈值且匝道排队长度未超过阈值时,启动匝道调节控制策略,根据上层目标计算最优匝道调节率。本发明兼顾降低事故风险与缓解拥堵,建立双层规划模型,上下层控制策略可以协同匹配,平衡网络车流分配,整体实现了车流的智能协同管理,可以大幅提高复杂路段的安全性、稳定性和通行效率。
