The invention relates to a recyclable lifting point device for an underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage, which is characterized in that customized lifting point steel plates are connected with upper and lower rows of truss main reinforcements of the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage through U-shaped bolts, gaskets, fastening nuts and locking nuts, and the customized lifting point steel plates are tightly attached to the upper and lower rows of truss main reinforcements of the underground diaphragm wall reinforcement cage after being fastened through bolts; shackle holes and bolt holes are formed in the customized hoisting point steel plate, and the customized hoisting point steel plate is connected with the hoisting steel wire rope through the shackle holes and shackles; the upper end and the lower end of the steel plate are provided with upper strip round steel at the joint of the customized lifting point steel plate and the lower row of main ribs of the longitudinal truss and welded with the lower row of longitudinal truss ribs, so that the customized lifting point steel plate is clamped and prevented from slipping during lifting. The lifting point steel plate is simple in structure and easy to implement, the lifting point steel plate can be detached after a ground wall is safely lifted into a groove, the defect that an n-shaped lifting point structure adopted in a traditional lifting process of a ground wall reinforcement cage is only disposable is overcome, and the purpose of recycling is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种地下连续墙钢筋笼可循环利用吊点装置,定制吊点钢板采用U型螺栓、垫片、紧固螺母以及锁紧螺母与地下连续墙钢筋笼上下排桁架主筋相连,定制吊点钢板通过螺栓紧固后与地墙钢筋笼上下排桁架主筋紧紧贴合;所述定制吊点钢板上设置有卸扣孔以及螺栓孔,并通过卸扣孔及卸扣将定制吊点钢板与吊装钢丝绳相连;定制吊点钢板与纵向桁架下排主筋连接处,钢板上端、下端设置帮条圆钢与下排纵向桁架筋上焊接,将定制吊点钢板卡紧,防止吊装时滑脱。本发明结构简单,易于实施,在地墙吊装安全入槽后可将吊点钢板卸除,解决了地墙钢筋笼吊装传统工艺中采用的“几”字形吊点结构仅可一次性使用的缺点,达到可循环利用的目的。
