The invention provides a traffic flow data restoration method based on missing judgment of traffic flow data acquisition equipment, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring traffic flow data, preprocessing the traffic flow data into flow data, adding human missing, and recording a topological relation between lanes by using an adjacent matrix; constructing a generative adversarial network containing a graph transformation network (GTN); training the constructed generative adversarial network by using a generative adversarial training mode, inputting the traffic data into a trained generator, and outputting repair data; calculating the repair efficiency of each intersection according to the flow data and the repair data; and camera equipment is additionally arranged in an area where the intersection with relatively low repair efficiency is located. According to the method, the algorithm precision is improved through a data acquisition equipment missing judgment method.

    本发明提出一种基于交通流数据采集设备缺失判断的交通流数据修复方法,采集交通流数据,预处理成流量数据,加入人为缺失,并用邻接矩阵记录车道间的拓扑关系;构建含有图变换网络GTN的生成对抗网络;使用生成对抗式的训练方式训练构建好的生成对抗网络,将流量数据输入训练好的生成器,输出修复数据;根据流量数据和修复数据计算每个交叉口的修复效率;对修复效率较低的交叉口所在区域增设摄像头设备。本发明通过数据采集设备缺失判断的方法,提高了算法精度。
