The invention provides a winding system for a safety rope of a wind power tower drum wall-climbing robot, which comprises a handheld remote controller, a winding controller, a tension sensor, an integrated servo driver and a winding device, and is characterized in that a cleaning mechanism is arranged on one side of the outer surface of a shell of the winding device; the winding device comprises a winding device shell, a winding mechanism, a wire arranging mechanism, a wire drawing mechanism and a rotating base. The winding controller, the integrated servo driver and the tension sensor are all located in the winding device shell. Compared with the prior art, the wall-climbing robot has the following beneficial effects that the tensioning force of the safety rope can be detected to control winding and unwinding of the safety rope, through the design of the rotating base, when the wall-climbing robot transversely moves on the wind power tower cylinder wall, the winding device can be controlled to rotate in the same direction, it is ensured that the safety rope is always close to the vertical state, and the safety rope is protected. Strong impact between the robot and the wall of the tower drum caused by large transverse swing when the robot falls off is avoided.

    本发明提供一种风电塔筒爬壁机器人安全绳的卷扬系统,包括手持遥控器、卷扬控制器、张力传感器、一体化伺服驱动器和卷扬装置,所述卷扬装置机壳外表面一侧设有清理机构,所述卷扬装置包括卷扬装置机壳、绕线机构、排线机构、抽线机构和旋转底座,所述卷扬控制器、所述一体化伺服驱动器和张力传感器和所述张力传感器均位于所述卷扬装置机壳内部。本发明具有如下的有益效果,本发明可以检测安全绳的张紧力来控制安全绳的收放,并且可以通过旋转底座的设计,当爬壁机器人在风电塔筒壁上横向移动时,可以控制卷扬装置沿相同方向旋转,确保安全绳始终接近垂直状态,避免在机器人跌落时出现较大的横向摆动,导致与塔筒壁发生强烈的撞击。
