The invention discloses an open type rotary proportional braking system and a crane. The system comprises a rotary control valve, a rotary motor and a brake, a main valve core and a brake shuttle valve are arranged in the rotary control valve; one oil inlet side of the brake shuttle valve is communicated with a working oil port A on the valve body of the rotary control valve and a first working oil port of the main valve core, and the other oil inlet side of the brake shuttle valve is communicated with a working oil port B on the valve body of the rotary control valve and a second working oil port of the main valve core; the oil outlet side of the brake shuttle valve is connected with an oil port P in the valve body of the rotary control valve through a buffer oil duct, and a proportional damping element is arranged on the buffer oil duct; the rotary motor is connected between the working oil port A and the working oil port B on the valve body of the rotary control valve; the oil pressure of the pressure rising side in the rotation stopping process is changed by adjusting damping of the proportional damping element, and therefore the braking torque generated by the hydraulic system to the rotation motor is controlled. According to the brake system, hydraulic braking is adopted, and the problems of high cost, short service life and poor reliability caused by mechanical proportional braking are solved.
本发明公开了一种开式回转比例制动系统及起重机,该系统包括回转控制阀,回转马达、制动器;回转控制阀内置主阀芯和制动梭阀;制动梭阀一个进油侧与回转控制阀阀体上的工作油口A、主阀芯的第一工作油口连通,另一进油侧与回转控制阀阀体上的工作油口B、主阀芯的第二工作油口连通;制动梭阀出油侧与回转控制阀阀体上的油口P间通过缓冲油道连接,缓冲油道上设比例阻尼元件;回转马达连接在回转控制阀阀体上的工作油口A、B之间;通过调节比例阻尼元件的阻尼,来改变停止回转过程中压力升高侧的油压,从而控制液压系统产生的对回转马达的制动力矩。本发明的制动系统采用液压制动,解决了机械式比例制动带来的成本高、寿命短、可靠性差的问题。
