The invention discloses a closed rotary proportional braking system and a crane. The system comprises a plunger pump, a first regulating valve, a hydraulic motor, a controller and a brake pedal, a port A and a port B of the plunger pump are connected with two oil ports of the hydraulic motor. Two oil ports of the first regulating valve are connected with two oil ports of the plunger pump; the input end of the controller is connected with the brake pedal, and the output end is connected with the first regulating valve; in the rotation braking process, when the brake pedal is controlled, the controller controls the opening degree of the first adjusting valve to be reduced according to the brake pedal control signal proportion, hydraulic oil flowing out of a B1 port of the hydraulic motor generates flow resistance when passing through the first adjusting valve, the pressure of the B1 port is increased, and the pressure acts on the hydraulic motor and counteracts the driving force of the rotation inertia of the crane; and the slewing mechanism stops stably. According to the scheme, in the sliding and rotating process, an operator controls the rotating brake pedal to achieve stable braking of the rotating system, and compared with mechanical mechanism proportional braking of an existing rotating system, loss of a brake pad is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种闭式回转比例制动系统及起重机,该系统包括柱塞泵、第一调节阀、液压马达、控制器和制动踏板;柱塞泵的A、B口连接液压马达的两个油口;第一调节阀的两个油口连接柱塞泵两个油口;控制器的输入端与制动踏板连接,输出端与第一调节阀连接;回转制动过程中,操控制动踏板时控制器根据制动踏板控制信号比例控制第一调节阀开度减小,液压马达B1口流出的液压油经第一调节阀时产生流阻,B1口压力升高,该压力作用到液压马达上,与起重机回转惯量的驱动力抵消,回转机构平稳停止。本发明的方案实现在滑转过程中,操作者控制回转制动踏板实现回转系统的平稳制动,相对于现有回转系统的机械机构比例制动,没有制动片的损耗。
