According to the split head sheave device, the triple positioning technology is adopted, high-precision matching between the two half head sheaves is guaranteed, the equipment reliability is improved, accurate positioning of the bearings and step-by-step and staged assembly of the head sheave structure are achieved by designing the transition positioning sleeve, the reliability of the split head sheave device can be greatly improved, and the split head sheave device is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. The service life of the hoisting sheave device is prolonged, and the hoisting sheave device is particularly suitable for large and medium-sized multi-rope friction type hoists.

    本发明涉及一种多绳摩擦式提升机的轴承结构剖分天轮装置,包括天轮轴、固定轮和游动轮,固定轮和游动轮分别安装在天轮轴上,且固定轮和游动轮均为剖分式结构,游动轮与天轮轴之间设置滚动轴承,所述游动轮轮毂内还设有过渡定位套,本发明采用三重定位技术保证了两个半天轮之间的高精度配合,提高设备可靠性,通过设计过渡定位套实现轴承的精确定位和天轮结构的分步骤、分阶段装配,可大大提高剖分天轮装置可靠性,减小维护工作量,延长天轮装置使用寿命,特别适用于大中型多绳摩擦式提升机。
