The overload adjusting device comprises a cabin falling platform mounting plate; the cold flow spray pipe is located below the cabin falling platform mounting plate, the cold flow spray pipe is provided with a cold flow spray pipe inlet, a secondary flow inlet and a cold flow spray pipe outlet, and the cold flow spray pipe is used for spraying high-pressure gas; the high-pressure gas cylinder group, the primary pressure reducing pipeline and the secondary pressure reducing pipeline are respectively positioned on the cabin falling platform mounting plate, one end of the primary pressure reducing pipeline is connected with the high-pressure gas cylinder group, and the other end of the primary pressure reducing pipeline is connected with an inlet of the cold flow spray pipe; one end of the secondary pressure reduction pipeline is connected with the primary pressure reduction pipeline and used for conducting secondary pressure reduction on the gas, and the other end of the secondary pressure reduction pipeline is connected with the secondary inflow port. Through a secondary cold flow method, the magnitude and direction of thrust are adjustable, and in the microgravity environment test process, the magnitude and direction of microgravity of a microgravity falling cabin are controlled by adjusting the magnitude and direction of the thrust of the cold flow spray pipe, and the controllable microgravity level is achieved.
本申请实施例中提供了一种用于微重力试验的过载调节装置,包括:落舱平台安装板;冷流喷管,位于落舱平台安装板的下方,冷流喷管具有冷流喷管入口、二次流入口和冷流喷管出口,冷流喷管用于喷出高压气体;分别位于落舱平台安装板上的高压气瓶组、一次减压管路和二次减压管路,一次减压管路的一端与高压气瓶组连接,一次减压管路的另一端与冷流喷管入口连接;二次减压管路的一端与一次减压管路连接,用以对气体进行二次减压,二次减压管路的另一端与二次流入口连接。本申请通过二次冷流方法,实现推力大小和方向可调,在微重力环境试验过程中,通过调整冷流喷管推力大小及方向,从而达到控制微重力落舱微重力的大小和方向,实现可控的微重力水平。
