A high-altitude microgravity test carrier relates to the field of carriers and comprises an arrow, a second-level arrow body and a first-level arrow body which are connected in sequence, and the arrow comprises a fairing, an attitude control cabin, a control cabin, a load cabin and a recovery cabin which are connected in sequence; the carrier is provided with a control system, the control system comprises a controller, an attitude control engine and an inertial navigation device, the controller and the inertial navigation device are installed in a control cabin, the inertial navigation device is used for measuring the actual angular velocity and the actual acceleration of an arrow in real time, and the attitude control engine is installed on the inner wall of an attitude control cabin; in a microgravity test section, a target angular velocity value of an arrow is set to be 0, and a controller makes a difference between an actual angular velocity obtained from inertial navigation and the target angular velocity value to obtain a deviation value; then a control instruction is formed according to the deviation value, and the control instruction is sent to an attitude control engine; and the attitude control engine opens the required spray pipe according to the control instruction, so that the arrow obtains the target microgravity environment. Accurate control of the effective load test cabin is realized, and a microgravity environment with the magnitude of 10 uG, which is not less than 10 minutes, is provided for the effective load.

    一种高空微重力试验运载器,涉及运载器领域,包括依次连接的箭头、II级箭体和I级箭体,箭头包括依次连接的整流罩、姿控舱、控制舱、载荷舱和回收舱;运载器设有控制系统,控制系统包括控制器、姿控发动机和惯导,控制器和惯导安装在控制舱内,惯导用于实时测量箭头的实际角速度和实际加速度,姿控发动机安装在姿控舱内壁;微重力试验段时,设定箭头的目标角速度值为0,控制器将从惯导获得的实际角速度与目标角速度值做差,获得偏差值;然后根据偏差值形成控制指令,将控制指令发送给姿控发动机;姿控发动机根据控制指令开启所需的喷管,使箭头获得目标微重力环境。实现有效载荷试验舱的精确控制,为有效载荷提供不小于10min的10uG量级的微重力环境。
