The device is defined by an inner side face, an outer side face and two end faces, the two end faces are oppositely arranged in the first direction, and the inner side face and the outer side face are oppositely arranged; the outer side face is a smooth curved face protruding outwards, and the inner side face is a plane. The inner side face and the outer side face are in transition through a transition straight edge, one end face, a transition arc-shaped edge and the other end face which are connected end to end, the transition straight edge extends in the first direction, and in the first direction, the transition arc-shaped edge firstly gets away from the transition straight edge and then gets close to the transition straight edge; from one end face to the other end face in the first direction, the projection of the gas flow dividing and discharging device in a plane perpendicular to the first direction is enlarged and then reduced, and the projection shape is not changed; and the gas shunting and releasing devices are symmetrically arranged about the central longitudinal section. The structure of the device is improved, a pressure difference with high middle and low two sides is locally formed, a local flow field is changed, and air flow is shunted and guided.
