The invention discloses a vehicle autonomous interaction control method and a vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring environment data around the vehicle through a sensor module configured on the vehicle; when it is detected that a person approaching the vehicle exists through the environment data, detecting interaction feature data of the person; detecting whether the person has a communication intention or not according to the interaction feature data; and correspondingly matching different interaction information outputs according to the detection result. The interactive use scene of the intelligent vehicle can be expanded, and the vehicle owner can conveniently manage the vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种车辆自主交互控制方法及车辆,通过车辆配置的传感器模组获取车辆周围的环境数据;当通过所述环境数据检测到存在靠近所述车辆的人员时,检测所述人员的交互特征数据;根据所述交互特征数据检测所述人员是否存在沟通意图;根据检测结果对应匹配不同的交互信息输出。本申请能够扩展智能车辆的交互使用场景,便于车主管理车辆。
