The invention discloses a vehicle avoidance method and system and a vehicle. The vehicle avoidance method comprises the steps that before a target is shielded by an obstacle, advancing information of the target is obtained; according to the advancing information of the target and the driving information of the vehicle, the collision time of the target and the vehicle is predicted; determining an offset opportunity according to the collision time; when the deviation time is reached, the vehicle is controlled to deviate according to the deviation direction and the deviation distance, the deviation direction is the direction away from the target, and the deviation distance is determined by the distance between the vehicle and a lane line on one side of the deviation direction. By the adoption of the method, the collision time can be delayed through deviation, the braking time after the vehicle detects the risk target is prolonged, due to the fact that deviation and the view field are improved, the time for the vehicle to make a response is prolonged, the accident risk can be effectively reduced, the driving safety is improved, and the driving comfort is improved.

    本申请公开了一种车辆的避让方法、系统及车辆。车辆的避让方法,包括:在目标被障碍物遮挡之前,获得目标的行进信息;根据目标的行进信息和自车的行驶信息,预测目标和自车的碰撞时间;根据碰撞时间确定偏移时机;当达到偏移时机时,根据偏移方向和偏移距离控制所述自车偏移,其中,所述偏移方向为远离所述目标的方向,所述偏移距离由自车与所述偏移方向一侧的车道线之间的距离确定。采用本申请的方法,偏移能够延迟碰撞时间,增加了自车检测到风险目标后的制动时间,由于偏移,视野得到了提升,增加自车做出应对的反应的时间,进而,能够有效地降低事故的风险,提升了行车安全,且提升行车舒适性。
