The invention provides a charging management method based on a battery state of a vehicle and a battery energy station thereof. The charging management method and the battery energy station are suitable for an electronic device which is used for storing and charging a plurality of batteries. Firstly, the battery is charged at a first charging efficiency in a first time period, and the first charging efficiency in the first time period is fixed. Afterwards, at least one vehicle receives a battery state of the corresponding vehicle, and determines whether a predetermined condition is satisfied in the first time period according to the battery state. When a predetermined condition is satisfied within the first time period, the first charging efficiency is adjusted, and the battery is charged with the adjusted first charging efficiency.
