The invention discloses a battery energy station and a charging management method thereof, which are suitable for electronic equipment for accommodating and charging a plurality of batteries. Firstly, an electric quantity corresponding to each battery is obtained. Then, according to the electric quantity of each battery, an energy distribution operation is performed on the batteries, and the energy distribution operation sequentially distributes a charging current from the battery with the highest electric quantity to the battery with the lowest electric quantity until the distribution of a total current is completed. Afterwards, the individual batteries are charged according to the charging current distributed to the corresponding individual batteries, so that a charging demand required by at least a part of the batteries is met.
