The cable main body assembly has relatively high wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and the durability of the whole charging pile is improved; the surfaces of the first sealing gasket and the second sealing gasket are coated with polyurethane waterproof coatings, and sealing oil is injected into the sealing oil cavity, so that the sealing performance of the charging pile is effectively improved, water and other external substances can be prevented from entering the charging pile, and the risks of cable cracking and electric leakage caused by a high-temperature environment are reduced; by arranging the clamping ring, the wrist strap, the fixed fastener and the movable fastener, the wrist strap is more labor-saving in use, and the wrist strap can slide in the clamping ring to meet the requirements of different operators, so that the user-friendly experience of use is improved.

    本发明提供的汽车充电桩用高压陶瓷器件,涉及充电桩技术领域,本发明采用陶瓷化金属护套的电缆陶瓷防护套,以及碳化硅材质的加强芯体和气凝胶材质的挤压芯和聚氨酯防水涂层的使用,使电缆主体组件具有较高的耐磨、耐高温和耐腐蚀性能,提高了整个充电桩的耐用性;通过在第一密封垫和第二密封垫表面涂覆聚氨酯防水涂层,以及设置密封油腔注入密封油,有效提高了充电桩的密封性能,可以防止水分和其他外部物质进入充电桩内部,从而减少电缆因高温环境导致的开裂和漏电的风险;通过设置的卡环、腕带、定扣件和动扣件,使腕带的使用时更省力,并且腕带可在卡环内滑动,以满足不同操作者的需要,提升使用的人性化体验。
