The invention relates to the technical field of charging equipment, in particular to an automobile charging pile, which comprises a protective frame, jacking and pressing mechanisms, a push rod mechanism, transmission rack mechanisms, gear mechanisms, driven racks, a charging pile body, a shell and an elastic reset mechanism. The two jacking and pressing mechanisms are oppositely connected to theprotective frame. The rear ends of the two jacking and pressing mechanisms are fixedly connected with the front end of the push rod mechanism; the rear end of the push rod mechanism is in transmissionconnection with the lower ends of the two transmission rack mechanisms, and the middles of the two transmission rack mechanisms are connected to the two gear mechanisms in a sliding fit mode. The twotransmission rack mechanisms are in engaged transmission connection with one ends of the two gear mechanisms; and the other ends of the two gear mechanisms are in engaged transmission connection withthe two driven racks. The charging pile body can be installed on the wall surface through the shell, so that a certain distance is formed between the charging pile body and the ground, and the situation that a vehicle collides with the charging pile body and is damaged during parking is prevented.
